Personal Interests

Aside from practicing veterinary medicine, I love listening to and playing music. I sing and play keyboard, and have been a part of multiple rock bands over the years. I have a minor in classical piano with classical voice training and love creating my own music. Also, I consider myself a craft beer connoisseur and have found time to appreciate the works of a variety of local brewers. I have four red-eared slider turtles, two cats, two dogs, and a Chilean Rose Hair tarantula.

How I Got Here

Working as a veterinarian at Pender Exotics has allowed me to fully realize the passion I have always had for exotic pets from a young age. At the same time, Pender Veterinary Center utilizes my training and zeal for canine and feline medicine. I appreciate and understand the strength of the human-animal bond, no matter what kind of animal that may be. Every pet is part of the family, no matter how big or small.
