Current law and our standards prohibit us from practicing medicine over the phone without physically examining your pet but we can assist you in deciding if your pet is having an emergency and needs to be seen by an emergency veterinarian in your area.

All Exotics Emergencies are seen at our Fairfax location:

  • During appointment hours, exotics emergencies are seen on the 2nd floor.
  • Outside of appointment hours, exotics emergencies are seen on the 1st floor.

  • Bleeding / Trauma / Open Wounds
  • Frantic Movements / Seizures / Tremors
  • Decreased Appetite
  • Decreased Stool Production / Diarrhea
