When you call the hospital, we appreciate your patience in holding as we are currently experiencing longer than normal wait times, 5-15 minutes. A member of our team will be with you as soon as possible. Please do not hang up; all calls are answered in the order they are received.
Both our Fairfax and Chantilly locations have specialized air handling units that are capable of replacing the air in each building every 5 minutes. We also filter all air that is moved throughout the hospital multiple times to catch dust, dander, and impurities that cause odors. Moving and filtering this volume of air is very important to the safety and comfort of pets, our clients, and our employees.
When dealing with dogs, cats, and exotic pets, sometimes odor is unavoidable. In these situations, are entire staff is trained to move quickly to pick up, disinfect, mop up, and/or sweep up to restore our air to its previously pleasant state.
