When you call the hospital, we appreciate your patience in holding as we are currently experiencing longer than normal wait times, 5-15 minutes. A member of our team will be with you as soon as possible. Please do not hang up; all calls are answered in the order they are received.
It can be difficult to leave your exotic pet when you are going away; you need a knowledgeable care taker that you can trust. Our exotics boarding ward located inside Pender Exotics department has the expertise, supplies, and enclosures to care for your pets while you are away. We have separate wards for our boarding patients and carry a full supply of hay, pelleted bird and small mammal foods, mealworms, and fresh fruits and veggies for the variety of animals in our care. Boarding patients are weighed daily to make sure that any problems can be caught as soon as possible. We also require routine health checks and testing for all our boarders to protect your pet from exposure to infectious diseases.
