Pender TeleVet is Here!
We are always striving to find new and progressive ways to help keep our four-legged family members healthy. We are proud to be able to offer this new service to our clients*. With the TeleVet mobile app you can easily send virtual consultation requests to us whenever your pet is sick or injured.
To get started, download the TeleVet app on the iTunes or Google Play store (you can find the link on the bottom right of our website!) and create your personal profile and your pets (pictures encouraged!). When you need us, create a consultation request detailing your pet’s issue. Upload any pictures or videos, instant message, and talk with us face to face through a video conference call to help get your pet feeling better again. We look forward to talking with you soon.

Here are some tips to make the best experience of your Telemedicine appointment:
1. Please be sure that you are in a space with good internet connectivity, adequate visual lighting, and minimal to no background noise.
2. Please have your pet in the room with you at the start of your appointment. A telemedicine consultation for triage is 20 minutes and we may be able to fully complete your appointment for $75 + the cost of any prescriptions.
3. If an in-person examination or diagnostics are recommended, the doctor can help book an appointment for you
