When you call the hospital, we appreciate your patience in holding as we are currently experiencing longer than normal wait times, 5-15 minutes. A member of our team will be with you as soon as possible. Please do not hang up; all calls are answered in the order they are received.

Pender offers an easier and safer way to visit our hospital for prescription medication and food pick-up. Our prescription pick up service is available Monday-Sunday from 8am-8pm.

  1. For pick up, please pull into the side parking lot (Spots #1-5).
  2. Text 571-224-2878 upon arrival. “I’m picking up Fluffy Smith’s medications. I am in spot 5.”
  3. A member of our team will call to accept payment over the phone. We can email or print your receipt.
  4. To protect everyone, we ask you stay in your vehicle and wear a mask when a member of our team brings your purchase to your car.
